Who confirms appointments, travel and aftercare?
The treating practice confirms treatment appointments. Flights, accommodation and transfers are arranged separately with their providers.
How can I tell whether two quotes cover the same scope?
Do not compare only the total amount. Check tooth numbers, proposed procedures, implant quantity and system, final restoration material, temporary work, laboratory stages and possible extras. When one of these details is absent, ask the treating practice to add it in writing before deciding.
Why should implant systems and materials be named in writing?
A manufacturer, system designation and intended restoration material make the offer traceable. They also allow later records, such as an implant or material document, to be compared with the original plan. Türkiye BioHealth does not decide whether a specific system is medically suitable for an individual case.
What is a possible additional item in a treatment plan?
An additional item is a service whose necessity may be confirmed only after examination or during treatment. It should not be hidden inside a package. A readable quote states the item, possible charge, decision point and the clinician or practice responsible for confirming it medically.
How should responsibility after treatment be described?
Before travel, the documents should identify the treating practice, the contact for medical questions, the records to be supplied and the process for discussing a later review. Aftercare terms are recorded in writing before travel.
Can Türkiye BioHealth confirm a fixed price or a guaranteed saving?
No. Türkiye BioHealth can review whether items and conditions are readable. A final price requires examination and confirmation by the treating practice. Exchange rates, additional findings, separate travel contracts and excluded services must not be presented as a certain saving or a guaranteed total.
How are voluntarily uploaded health documents handled?
Photographs, X-rays or existing plans are processed only for the specific request when you select them yourself. The form states a limit of three files, eight megabytes per file and eighteen megabytes in total. Consent does not replace an examination and can be withdrawn under the privacy information.
